July 2002
Home Up

In late July, we took a trip to Indianapolis to meet my new cousin Jarod!
Even though he was really cute, I was not too happy about sharing the stage with him...

We also went to COSI this month... an Owens Corning SCTS treat for the employees and their families.
The night did not start out too well for me, as you can see me pouting below.
But we all had fun after all.

On the last day of the month, I rolled over all by myself for the very first time!

These are canned photos of the things we did between the end of June and mid-July...
One of my parents didn't download the pictures after each of these events,
and the other parent changed the format of the picture files,
so the camera erased everything that was on it!

June 28th, 2002:  We spent the day at the unimpressive Six Flags...
it was dirty, overcrowded, and understaffed...  and the 92 degree heat didn't help.
But I was a very good and patient baby, the heat didn't seem to bug me much,
and we all enjoyed watching Joey splash around in the water at the kids' Looney Tunes BoomTown.

June 29, 2002:  Lecrone-Smith Family Reunion in Geneva-On-The-Lake, Ohio.
It was held at the Geneva Township Park.  Joey played a lot of games and won a lot of prizes.
I won the prize for youngest person there!  On our way home, we stopped to
visit Grandma Miller and said a prayer for her and all of her relatives who she's with now.

My first fireworks on July 4th at Downtown Toledo.  We were right on the river, watching from the Owens Corning baseball diamond.
