Welcome to my web site!  While I was away serving the Peace Corps (6/2000 - 9/2002) in the West African country of Cote D'Ivoire (The Ivory Coast), this site was used to share my experiences with friends and family.  As you may know, the coup attempt turned into a civil war, and all volunteers were evacuated.   See the Coup Attempt link for more details.
